“I am a little pencil in the hand of a writing God who is sending a love letter to the world.”
– Mother Teresa

Psalms 146:5-10

Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD their God. He is the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them— he remains faithful forever. He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets prisoners free, the LORD gives sight to the blind, the LORD lifts up those who are bowed down, the LORD loves the righteous. The LORD watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked. The LORD reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Praise the LORD.

Day 8

So, it's day 8 and today I am so very thankful for the beauty of and in nature.

When you're outside your world filled with creativity and beauty. The colors swirl and mix around you, feel in every little space. From the beauty in blade of grass or a lilly to that of the landscape of an ocean in all it's glory. They scream out the power and creativity of their maker. I often just stare in wonder and amazement, drawn into simplicity and yet at the same time vastness of it all. Wishing that I could just breathe it all in. See it all. So that I could better appreciate it's beauty. I am so thankful that the world I live in was painted as a masterpiece, with all of it's color and shapes and movement.
